Returns and Complaints
Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. To make a return/exchange, the ordered goods cannot be affected and have to be in the condition in which the customer received it, as well as contain the original packaging.
For return/exchange, print and fill out the return form and pack it with the proof of purchase and the returned/exchanged product and send to the address:

When we receive your package, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received package from you. We will also notify about the approval or rejection of your return/exchange. If your return/exchange will be approved by us, we will immediately refund the cost of the purchase to the indicated account number or ship the replaced goods.
